At the beginning, Louis-Germain Chabot learned the job of book binding. It was the initial idea to start his business in 1893. Over the years, the company has seen lots of ideas! Golden ideas, ideas in new materials, graphic designer ideas, ideas like no other!

Foundation of the company by Louis-Germain Chabot
LG Chabot was founded at 34, Côte de la Montagne in Old Quebec. If today it is a popular place for tourists, you should know that at the time, it was a thriving business sector.
1920
Monk's work
Typographers and letterpress machine operators are building the printing industry, one character at a time!
1960
New possibilities
Offset printing is about to bring several improvements such as the printing of images, photos and especially the rapid production of high runs.
1980
Recognition
The company is making its mark. We go to LG Chabot for unusual projects. The Cossette Group prints its presentations there. The insurance industry is developing its work forms there. The brothers Jean and Guy Chabot add value to printer work, in their own way.
2010
Addition of screen printing and pad printing
With the acquisition of Serigraphy Sérid'art, managers Jean-François and Benoit Chabot are asserting themselves. LG Chabot is known as the “White Wolf” of printing!
2025
The present
The word “innovation” (from the Latin “innovare”) means: to return to, to renew. Around 1900, our customers needed sturdy binders made of leather and real gold. Today, we print glasses, metal panels, shiny effects, and original items. The world is changing!
